I made the yummiest muffins tonight for dinner. They were whole-wheat apple oatmeal muffins.SO GOOD! I will have to post the recipe for that soon. I've been doing really good with my new vegetarian lifestyle-wait a second I did eat a turkey hot dog today for lunch whoops! I have been really good with it. I've been making things with whole wheat flour and eating more veg.
I finally confirmed that I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(cfs). For the last year, I have been having "episodes" where I will be fine and have tons of energy to the next morning being so tired I can't get out of bed or function throughout the day. I had another episode on sun-Tues. I always start to feel like I'm getting a soar throat/cold. then the body aches and headaches start and then I am so tired that I just have no drive to do anything. There is really nothing that a Dr. can do for it. So the way I have been coping with it is to just keep doing my daily activities. I went to work and I exercised. I make sure that I drink enough water and eat good food. But the main thing for me is that I have to keep going, otherwise I will sit on the couch all day and start to feel bad about my situation. I keep up with my scrapbooking and sewing.
I am going to be adding a really fun addition to my blog soon. I can't wait! I love surprises!
